SindGo is not responsible for any misconduct, delays, cancellations, or safety incidents involving clients or providers.
All communication, service delivery, and financial transactions are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.
In the event of disputes, SindGo can offer support, but we are not liable for resolution outcomes.
SindGo shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from interactions between clients and providers.
User Conduct
Users (clients and providers) must behave respectfully and follow all applicable laws.
Any form of abuse, fraud, or inappropriate conduct may result in account suspension or removal.
Providers must ensure the safety, legality, and quality of the services they offer.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies or compromise platform integrity.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are defined by each individual provider.
SindGo does not issue refunds directly. We facilitate communication and help mediate when needed.
In unresolved disputes, SindGo support may step in, but without legal or financial liability.
Refunds are at the discretion of the provider. SindGo assists but is not responsible for financial compensation.

SindGo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms automatically.
